Our Warehouse
	We are equipped with a spacious warehouse having the capacity to store large quantities of products including apparel and bags. The warehouse is segregated into various sections which allow us to store the different products systematically. It also helps our warehousing personnel to retrieve the products easily and effectively.

Our Showroom
	Our customers and resellers are most welcome to visit our showroom at Klang for the latest pieces from dresses and trousers, to jackets and jumpsuits and bags. Besides that, all customers and resellers can collect their stocks from our showroom.

	The team is responsible in preparing the shipment based on our system by selecting the items accordingly

Our Stock Check Team
	The Stock Check team will take over the order from Operation team to conduct quality check ensuring the items are defect free before delivering the order.

Our Packaging Team
	We are equipped with complete packaging facility to ensure a discreet packaging. This team will proceed with the packaging process once the order has been checked.

Our Quality Control(QC) Team
	This team is responsible to conduct detailed inspections of quality on all the items arrived in our warehouse. Any defective items will be discarded immediately for quality control purposes.

Stock Return Policy

Customers who wish to return or exchange any damaged item are responsible to ensure that it complies with our policy below. Any deliver return request that falls outside of our stated policy will not be entertained.

• Customers are required to send in a written notice via email to us within 2 days of receiving the item for a valid exchange or return
• Item return must reach our premises within a week from date of informing us
• Items must be returned unused, in their original condition including taps, tag attached or packages. All items will be inspected on return
• Customers are required to e-mail us the Return Details as below:

Sales Order Number:	(the order number for the item that you want to send back)
Reason:	(e.g. stain item/button missing)
Tracking Number:	(your courier company tracking number)

Important Notes

• The return and replacement shipping fee will be borne by Ezytred provided the return and replacement is due to Damage or Stained item
• Any exchange of item is subject to the same design and color only
• If customer received a damaged item and request for a different design or color as replacement, the return and replacement shipping fee will be borne by customer
• If higher price item is selected as replacement for a returned item, the remaining top up has to be paid by customer. Otherwise, if lower price item is selected, the balance will be credited to customer’s Ezytred account for future purchase. No monetary refund is allowed
• Ezytred reserves full right to reject any returned goods not meeting the stipulated Stock Return Policy

Returnable/Exchangeable Section

• Items that are terribly damage or stained
• If the quality, design, and size of item are far from your customer’s expectation, exchange of item is allowed with other design subject to the return and replacement shipping fee will be borne by customer

Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Section

• Minor loose threads, irregular fold or wrinkle produced by crumpling, color differs slightly from the pictures shown online
• Item design is slightly different from the picture displayed (e.g. button or pocket)
• Return or exchange is not allowed if size measurement differs about 1-3cm

Wholesale Policy

In order to obtain the wholesale prices please read the policy below:

• Minimum of 10pcs per order of ready stock items
• Customers are allowed to have a 10pcs mixture of products and designs from any of our product category
  
• All orders will be reserved not more than 5 days (including weekend) for Normal Customer except for Reseller
• If we fail to receive payment from customers within 5 days (including weekend), respective order will be canceled automatically
• Customers who wish to obtain further discount or services can refer to our Member Discount Policy, or join our Reseller Program
• Products that fall short of customers expectations are allowed for an exchange subject to our Stock Return Policy

Process Of Delivery

1. All orders will be sent out during weekday except during public holiday via trusted and reliable courier service
   
2. You will receive an email confirmation along with the tracking number
   
3. Order will be sent out on the same day if the sales order payment is received prior to 2p.m.
